After more than 25 years leading people, transformation and business change for global brands including Tesco, Skanska and Ferrero, I reached a point many women quietly arrive at but rarely speak about openly. Success on paper no longer meant balance, energy or connection in real life.
Like many navigating midlife, leadership pressure, caring responsibilities, wellbeing challenges and major life transitions all at once, I realised I didn’t want another cold corporate environment or another isolating work from home routine. I wanted to create the kind of space I personally needed. Somewhere people could work productively, think clearly, learn, recharge and reconnect with themselves and others without pressure or pretence.
Templepan Retreats was created from that lived experience. A calm, welcoming space designed for coworking, coaching, wellness and meaningful conversation. A place for people building businesses, changing direction, rebuilding confidence or simply needing community around them again.
Whether you join us for coworking, a meetup, a workshop or you want to host a girls night in, the goal is simple: to help people feel more connected, capable and supported in both work and life.
